CABIN POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR DEPARTURE DAY FALLS ON SUNDAY, SETTLE YOUR BILL NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM SATURDAY.
ALL RENTAL UNITS, BATHHOUSE, LAUNDRY AND POOL AREA ARE NON-SMOKING/VAPING. VIOLATORS WILL BE CHARGED A $150 FINE
Cancellation fees will result if reservation is cancelled within the time frame noted below for each area of Oak Hill Court & RV Park.
Small cabins and RV Sites — 48 hours; large cabins, houses and monthly sites — 2 weeks; reservations made the previous year— 1 month
Speed Limit is 10 MPH. Please observe it for the safety of all guests.
Children must be supervised at all times & not out of cabins or RV’s after 10p.m.
FISH CLEANING OR DEPOSITING RAW FISH REMAINS ANYWHERE ON OAK HILL COURT & RV PARK PROPERTY STRICTLY PROHIBITED! VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITHOUT A REFUND & CHARGED A $100 FINE! CABIN FACILITIES
*Cabin towels and linens are not for use at pool, cleaning or fishing rags. Pool towels available in the game room. Place dirty towels, washrags, kitchen sets, hand towels in the bucket provided in your cabin and place OUTSIDE your door no later than 11:00 a.m. and we will replace them by late afternoon.
*Cabins are equipped with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. for your convenience. If you take your cabin items to another cabin, etc., please return them to your own before your departure. Please wash, dry and put them away before you leave.
*Please keep your area free from all litter including cigarette butts. Bag and tie all trash before placing inside the outside container by your cabin. Trash is collected once per day from your outside can. If you have more trash than will fit in the can, please take it to the dumpster located between the cabin area and the RV Park to keep out the area wildlife. Extra kitchen can liners are available in the game room.
We do not enter your cabin for any reason during your stay unless there is a problem.
Office must be notified of any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for their guests while on Oak Hill Court & RV Park property. No blocking other cabins or main drive. Please see office for parking availability.

RV PARK POLICIES
SAFETY FIRST: Speed limit is 5-10 MPH.
CHECK IN: 1:00 CHECK OUT: 12:00
No check-outs after 12:00 without checking with office first.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet time is 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

CAMPSITE: PARK ON DRIVEWAY OF YOUR SITE ONLY. No parking on grass, other sites or driving across site(s).
CAMPFIRES: Firewood must only come from Barry County, MO and cannot be brought in from other areas to protect our trees from the spreading of disease. Fires must be contained in fire rings and supervised at all times. No cans, plastics, cigarettes, glass and food. NO RELOCATING FIRE RINGS.
PETS: See office for pet policy.
BATH HOUSE: Please alert the office or Camp-host for clogged toilets or other situations needing attention. No washing dishes. $150 fine for smoking or vaping in bath house or laundry.
LAUNDRY: Do not leave laundry in the washer or dryer for an extended period of time or it may be removed. No pet linens or beds in our machines.
PERSONAL BEHAVIOR: Oak Hill Court & RV Park is a family-oriented resort.
ZERO tolerance for Drunk and disorderly conduct & obscene language on Oak Hill Court Property. If your behavior gets out of hand, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
WI-FI: Wi-Fi is available but may not work inside your camper.
SATELLITE TV: No equipment provided. Available for your convenience with your own equipment/account due to shade trees. We are not responsible if you are unable to receive signal.
FACILITIES: You are welcome to use the swimming pool, playground and game room. Please adhere to policies posted.

PET POLICY
Please notify us of pets upon check in.
$5.00 fee per pet per night in cabins/houses,
$25.00 maximum per stay per unit (limit 2. per cabin)
- Must be completely housebroken; no outside pets or pad trained.
- Provide your own bedding for pets. Pet hair in our
bedding damages our machines and our bedding. - Must be quiet and on a leash when outside cabin. Do not
leave unattended or allow to roam around off leash.
- Please avoid close range with other cabins.
- Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
- Pets are NOT allowed in our game-room, bath house or in the swimming pool area.
- All other situations that arise are at owners’ discretion.
- Clean up after your pet ANYWHERE on our property where you walk them. Bags are available in the office and at 2 different pet station locations. Dispose of bags in your outside trashcan or dumpster. Failure to cean up after your pet will result in you not being able to bring pets on future visits.
- If you leave your pet unattended and it disturbs other Oak Hill Court guests by barking, etc., you will need to keep your pet with you when you leave.
SWIMMING POOL RULES
Open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY — SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Oak Hill Court & RV Park is not responsible for injuries or lost items.
- Our pool is for registered guests of Oak Hill Court & RV Park only.
- Permission from the office is required if you have a visitor.
SAFETY RULES
- Children. under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18.
- Safety rings, pool cleaning equipment, etc. are NOT toys. Please do not play with equipment.
- Anyone found roughhousing, pushing, or in any way diminishing other guests’ enjoyment of the pool area will be asked to leave. Zero tolerance for foul language and drunk and disorderly conduct.
- For the safety of our guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
- NO SMOKING, VAPING OR PETS IN POOL AREA.
- DO NOT USE CABIN TOWELS AT THE POOL. There is a bin of pool towels inside the game-room for your use. Please return to the basket provided For dirty towels in the game-room when you are Finished so we may keep plenty of clean towels.
